Silvio Berlusconi has come in for harsh criticism for delivering only 3% of development aid promises made four years ago, and for planning cuts of more than 50% in Italy's overseas aid budget. The Guardian

And I was thinking that the Times was the worst .
The only thing that Brits are good for, is giving money in charity, spreading carpets to the USA, supporting/attacking countries to get part of their gas or oil for free and sending Millivanilli around the world making false promises .
Then when there's a war or a crisis, Berlusconi solves it .
If one must be kicked out of the G8, that's not Italy .
